www.archentea.com is operated by Archen Tea (OPC) Pvt. Ltd., registered in Gurgaon Haryana, India, 122002.
2. Orders & Dispatch
- Orders can be placed directly through our website.
- Upon placing an order, a confirmation email will be sent.
- Dispatch typically takes 3–5 working days.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order prior to dispatch due to product unavailability or other unforeseen reasons, with a full refund issued accordingly.
- No cancellations once orders have been dispatched.
3. Pricing
- Prices listed are exclusive of VAT and shipping (added at checkout).
- Pricing is subject to change but will not affect confirmed orders.
- In case of a pricing error, we will notify you before processing the order.
- We accept all major credit/debit cards and UPI payments.
5. Product Shelf Life & Storage
- Our teas have a shelf life of 24 months, enabled by vacuum-sealed, high-quality packaging.
- Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat and moisture.
6. Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions as required by operational, policy, or legal updates. All revisions will be reflected on this page.
