Cancellations & Refunds

Refunds or replacements are processed at the discretion of Archen Tea (OPC) Pvt. Ltd., under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or incorrect product received
  • Missing item in the order
  • Expired product (Attach image showing expiry date along with the invoice)

Our Audit Team will review each case and respond accordingly.
